Reportedly, Jordan snagged the home at a significant deal. As this gated and private residence that offers stunning panoramic lake views from almost every room and has its very own private dock was originally listed for $3.99 million in year 2011, the bank foreclosed on the home in August 2012, and later it was re-listed for $3.49 million.
